Enterprise Risk Assessment (ERA) Solution from AffirmX
The Enterprise Risk Assessment (ERA) Solution evaluates and scores an institution’s control points associated with the seven primary categories of risk: Credit, Interest Rate, Liquidity, Transaction, Compliance, Strategic and Reputation.

The AffirmX ERA solution provides a numerical evaluation for each of these seven categories and an overall Enterprise Risk Score through a series of steps detailed to the left.

The process results in a completed ERA with material observations and rationales that serve as a core component of a credit union’s Enterprise Risk Management program.
When fully utilized, AffirmX ERA services better position the credit union to present established controls as well as to modify controls/documents as warranted to improve internal monitoring efforts and expedite a supervisory examination.

The ERA process includes:
  • Call report (5300 data) analytics;
  • Internal questionnaires completed by credit union personnel;
  • Onsite elements established through a conducted onsite visit; and
  • Supplemental questions and request of documents/controls that are reviewed and scored for effectiveness and completeness.

To learn more about the ERA solution, contact Senior Consultant Dave Hawkins .
