Holiday Message from Headmaster Audelo
The 5 Days of Giving this week has been such a blessing to our faculty, staff and students. The joy and laughter during these past 5 spirit days was contagious!

To all of the families who have given, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We could not deliver the education we do without you!

Tonight is the FINAL DAY of the 5 Days of Giving! We are currently at $16,103 out of our $25,000 goal.

From 6-12 tonight, we have our final dollar for dollar match of $5,000. A generous dad from GHNO has challenged our GHLO community to show some holiday spirit and support for our school! Because of the match, if we receive $4,448.50 tonight, it will be doubled and we will reach our goal. If you have been waiting to give, this is the perfect time!

What a special way to kick-off this JOYful holiday season with an end of the year gift to say thank you to our teachers and staff who have worked so hard! Thank you Owl families for your tireless support and dedication. We wish you peace and blessings during this season.
Donation Drive Results
Thank you to all the families who participated in the donation drive benefiting the Church Under the Bridge. Our school population of 706 students donated 7,256 items in total! Fourth grade took the victory with 2,140 donations. Every blanket, diaper and box of clothing will bless the people of San Antonio tremendously! As a school, we are blown away by this turnout and are incredibly proud of our students' hearts of giving, charity and virtue. We look forward to our next school-wide philanthropic event!
Spelling Bee Winners
Congratulations to our First Annual Great Hearts Live Oak Classroom Spelling Bee Champions!

We would also like to congratulate all participants in the spelling bee as well! It takes courage to be a contestant in a spelling bee and our Owl scholars did an amazing job!

We are very proud of each and every one.
