Trail of Lights Canceled
For Friday, Dec. 20
Trail of Lights for Friday, Dec. 20 has been canceled due to wet conditions at Stagecoach Park.

City of Buda Construction and Safety Precautions
This is a busy time for construction in the City of Buda. We want to remind motorists and pedestrians to proceed with caution in construction zones and to please observe the posted speed limit signs. The City has received reports of motorists cutting through neighborhoods to avoid construction/traffic lights and speeding in residential areas. This is dangerous, not only to pedestrians, but for animals as well. The City has received reports of several animals being hit by motor vehicles. The Buda Police Department is aware of the traffic concerns and will increase presence in congested areas. Injured or deceased animals in the roadway can be reported to Animal Control at 512-393-7896.

City of Buda Water System Receives Superior Rating From TCEQ

Through the hard work of the City’s Public Works operations and Engineering Professionals, the City has been designated a ‘Superior’ Public Water System by the TCEQ.
