In this one hour webinar, Dr. Donna will share how to:
  • Identify the characteristics of HAS ™ that makes high achievers more susceptible to burnout and the ability to identify employees that may need additional support

“Social Responsibility through the Eyes of the CFO”
with Rick Lochner, President, RPC Leadership Associates
Held February 4, 2021

Corporate Social Responsibility is still seen as a trade-off between profit and expense. However, in the new age of B-Corporations, Social Enterprises and a younger workforce that increasingly values purpose over profit, that thinking has to change. Besides the CEO, the leader that is in the thick of these discussions is the CFO. Participants left this presentation with a clearer understanding of what social responsibility really is and how to reframe the conversation from how much it costs to how much value it provides.

Rick Lochner, President of RPC Leadership Associates led this session.
