Sign up for a Transition Listening Session to share your perspective!
So far, about 50 members have completed or signed up for a Transition Listening Session...and we want to hear from you, too! Over the next several weeks, we'll
host a series of Transition Listening Sessions, which will be held at the church and in people's homes. The goal with the listening sessions is to hear perspectives from as many people as possible across the congregation. The Transition Team will consolidate responses and incorporate member perspectives into the work on OSLC mission, vision and values statements later this summer.
This is a great opportunity for you to shape the future of OSLC -- to help identify the direction of the church and expectations for our next pastor!
You should expect to spend about 1 hour (depending on how many attend the same session) responding to questions that a member of the Transition Team will ask. You'll find information about the discussion questions and session schedule on the OSLC website. Click Here!

Registration for Fall Faith Formation & Confirmation (Sundays/Wednesdays) is open NOW! We have something available for children & youth age 3 through 12th grade. Please register by August 31, 2018. Register Now!

Faith Formation Teachers & Assistant Needed!
Our kids need you! Please let Darla Goble (651-308-8641) know how you can help! We need teachers and assistants for Sunday and Wednesday Faith Formation classes for preschool-6th grade. All lesson plans and supplies are prepped for you! Time commitment is about two Sundays or Wednesdays a month. Sundays are 9:00-10:15 am and Wednesdays are 6:10-6:40 pm.

Bible Study in the Park
August 7 is the date for the final Bible Study in the Park. It all begins at 9:30 am at Valley View Park and there will be a continental breakfast. Pastor Christine will lead this session on "the products of prayer". In the final session of this series, we will investigate the effects of prayer personally, communally and on the mission of the church. Bring a friend and join us! Everyone is invited!

PEP Group Summer Picnic
The annual PEP summer picnic will be held Tuesday, August 14, at Autumn Hills Picnic shelter. We will gather at 12:30 pm for a potluck lunch and fellowship. Coffee & cold drinks, plates, cups & eating utensils will provided. Sign up sheet can be found on the PEP bulletin board in
the Gathering Area.
