Did you know that  the first public printing of the  Constitution, was as part of a newspaper?  It was published in The Pennsylvania Packet and Daily Advertiser, on September 19, 1787, by John Dunlap and David Claypoole. Speaking of newspaper printing... there are now PRINT ACT bills presented both before the House of Representatives and the Senate. 

The legislation, H.R. 6031, "Protecting Rational Incentives in Newsprint Trade Act of 2018" or "PRINT Act," was introduced June 7 and would temporarily halt both the preliminary and any final duties while the Department of Commerce completes its study on the economic health of the printing and publishing industries.

The House bill is identical to S.2835 being considered by the Senate Finance Committee.

To achieve the Guinness World  Record, the cone can not have a diameter over 9.5 cm (3.74 in), and all the ice-cream has to remain on the cone for 10 full seconds.

Currently, the title is held by multiple-record-holder Ashrita Furman. In October 2013 he expertly heaped a whopping 100 scoops on a single cone, at the kitchen of the Sri Chinmoy Center in Jamaica.
