Warren Willis Camp Is Here!

Ok campers.  Make sure to leave the cell phone and tablets at home and pack all you need for an amazing week at Warren Willis Camp.  We leave Today, Monday June 18th at 10am and will be stopping at Chick-Fil-A for lunch.  Bring money for that.  Also, bring a drink with a twist top lid. We will be home on Saturday at 1:30 with a quick gas station stop to grab some road snack and essential on the way. 

+Make sure you have all your medications in a labeled ziplock bag.
+Leave watches, cell phones, and electronics at home
+DO NOT pack your lunch money for Chick-fil-a in your suitcase.
+Plan on wearing your free camp shirt on Saturday for dismissal pictures.

Be ready for a great week and pray for God's blessings on us all.
Parent Connect Night 6/24
WHAT IS PARENT CONNECT NIGHT?
This coming Sunday night is Parent Connect Night.  Parent Connect is a once a month meeting (typically held on the last Sunday of the month) in which we invite parents to join us for a potluck dinner and a parent's meeting during Discover Youth Service as we discuss upcoming trips and events. 
 
Topics this month will include; New Dinner Rotation, Summer Calendar, Pumpkin Patch, and Rock the Universe.  

Please bring a dish to share. The theme this month is "La Fiesta" in which parents are challenged to bring a dish that might be served a Latin Dish.  Childcare is available for children; 5 months to 5th grade.

Student Life Conference @ Daytona Beach
Just a reminder for those who are interested in attending the Student Life at the Beach Conference,  your $25 deposit was due (changed from $50 to $25) June 10th.  Student Life at the Beach is a conference style week of great worship and dynamic speakers.  Cost is $200 per person. There is a sign up sheet in the StuMin Center.  More details to come.  Check out the promo video below.
