Transition into Fall: Mindfulness Series - Meditative Walk

Join us for a walk with no destination at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14. Go outside to engage all of your senses and simply enjoy where you are. Discover what happens when we are still, let go of the chatter in our heads, and tune into the natural world. This walk will be dog-free, but children of all ages, from 8 – 100, are encouraged to attend.
