2019 Annual Owner Certification Due on March 1, 2019
Owners are required to submit 2019 annual certifications and tenant data via OHFA's online reporting system, DevCo. OHFA recommends starting the reporting process as early as possible to ensure timely and accurate certifications. Submissions are due March 1, 2019. See the Annual Reporting Requirements Chart for more details on requirements by funding source.

Additional tips and reminders for funding sources or other project characteristics:

Housing Tax Credit (HTC) Extended Use Properties
These properties have completed the first 15 years of the compliance period and are required to submit tenant data on all rental activity for the reporting year.

Gap Financing
Make sure to identify all gap financing-assisted units in the tenant data submission. See the requirements chart for additional details.

811 PRA or ODMSD
Make sure to identify all units receiving 811 PRA or ODMSD subsidy in the tenant data submission.

New Projects or Lease-Up Phase
If any unit is qualified during the 2019 reporting period, the owner is required to submit the tenant data and annual certification.

Properties Sold in Reporting Year
If the property was sold during the reporting period, the owner of record at the end of the reporting period (12/31/19) is responsible for annual reporting.

Important notice for XML upload users, OHFA uses the NAHMA 4.0 standard for the XML schema . This does not apply to anyone adding tenant events to DevCo manually.
