This past June both Karen Norby and Susan Beltran spent time in Africa on Mission Trips.
Karen went to Uganda with the non profit Sylvia's Children and Susan went to Kenya with the nonprofit Foundation for Peace.
Both, in their travels, were able to uniquely minister to those across the world. This Sunday Karen and Susan will share aspects of their trips including some pictures of local sites as well as the work that is ongoing in the local communities where they were.

Church Picnic - Next Week - Have You Signed Up?
We need to get a final headcount for the picnic. The picnice will be next Sunday at Riverfront Park, Point Pleasant Boro, on August 26 from 10:00 a.m. till 1:30 p.m.
Worship begins at 10:00 a.m. followed by the picnic under the Pavilion. The theme this year is
: "OUR HOPES AND DREAMS AS A CHURCH"
What are you thankful for that God has already done for our Church?
What ministry has especially grown your faith?
What would you love to see God do for our church?
How does your faith play a part in the hope you have for your church?
In what area would you like to grow spiritually?
What is your prayer for the future of our church?
"For nothing will be impossible with God." Luke 1:37
The annual all-church picnic is a memorable occasion where families relax and enjoy an afternoon outdoors together, sharing food, conversation, and playing games. Attached to the Maxson Avenue Municipal Beach is a beach area that can be used for fishing or crabbing.
We ask that you sign up to bring either an Appetizer, Salad or Dessert. We will have Jersey Mike's Subs this year. Look for the yellow sign up sheet in the Narthex.

The PW Directory will be available at that time.
Susan Robbins continues as the PW Moderator. With many different PW circles, there are circles that meet on a variety of days and times. Sue Hankins also continues as the Membership Coordinator. You can call her at 732-458-3823 to find the right circle for you! All women in the church and community are welcome to join a circle, and church membership is not required.
