Good afternoon Parents/Guardians,
On Thursday, August 16, we will be hosting our annual Open House (Curriculum Night).
There will be two meetings taking place BEFORE the general open house schedule. These meetings are for
TAG
and
ESOL
PARENTS/GUARDIANS ONLY
:
- 6:00 - 6:50 PM: ESOL Parent Meeting in MEDIA HUB
- 6:00 - 6:50 PM: TAG Parent Meeting in AUDITORIUM
You are encouraged to download your child’s schedule from Home Access prior to attending Open House. If you would like a printed copy, please report to the Media Hub between 6:30 - 6:55 PM to pick up student schedules.
For a majority of the parents, the evening will begin at 7:00 PM
(again, we encourage you to print schedules before)
. Parents are welcome to watch a greeting from our Principal, Mr. Jones, by scanning the QR code, that will be available on the agenda you will receive tomorrow.
From 7:00 - 8:40 PM, parents have the opportunity to go through their student’s schedule and meet teachers. Class periods will last for 10 minutes with a five (5) minute transition between classes.
During your child’s lunch period, please visit the Club Fair which is available in our Cafeteria.
