A MESSAGE FROM THE BETHLEHEM CHAMBER BOARD CHAIR:

Dear Bethlehem Chamber and Community Members,

It is with a mix of sadness and gratitude that the Board of Directors announce Jennifer Kilcoyne's departure as President of the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce, effective August 23, 2018.   Since 2011, Jennifer has played a critical role in the development and success of the Bethlehem Chamber. We will miss her and her inspiring leadership and wish her the best of luck in her future endeavors!

Over the next few months, we will be conducting a broad search to find a new Bethlehem Chamber President. We will be sharing the job announcement soon. During this period, it is our priority that our members have a smooth transition. To assure this, Erica Hogan will be named the Interim President, effective August 23rd. Erica has been with the Bethlehem Chamber since 2015 as the Communications and Programming Coordinator. In addition to Erica, Shelli Taber will continue her role as the Benefits Administrator, and Elizabeth Gemlick will continue her role in Sales.

Again, we cannot thank Jennifer enough for her leadership, dedication, and passion that she has given the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce over the past 7 years. She will be greatly missed by the staff, Board, Members and our Community.

If you have any questions or concerns during this transition process, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly at spiorentino@nubk.com.

Sincerely,

Shoham Y. Piorentino
Chair, Board of Directors
Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce

A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT:

It has been a pleasure to serve the Bethlehem Community for nearly eight years as President of the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce.  During that time, we have worked with local, regional and state partners to keep our Membership well-informed.  We have also worked to expand programming to include the greater community in projects that highlight and support our local businesses and organizations.  These include an annual print Business & Community Directory; Restaurant Week; Holiday Shopping Card; Small Business Saturday promotion and the Shop BETHLEHEM Gift Card.  In addition, we have continued to offer our businesses marketing support, promotional opportunities and assistance with funding sources.

I would like to extend my thanks to the Chamber Board of Directors and Chairperson Shoham Piorentino, Chamber Staff, Membership and Volunteers, for their commitment and support throughout the years.  I have appreciated the opportunity to lead this organization and enjoyed the working relationships.  I look forward to continuing to work with the local business community as I move forward to a new endeavor.

Jennifer Kilcoyne
