GW Cancer Center Hosts Community Event for LGBTQI Health
The GW Cancer Center, in partnership with several other community organizations, recently hosted an event to discuss the latest research on LGBTQI health disparities and provided a forum for participants to discuss their health concerns, equitable care and research. Over 60 people attended the event, which included a panel discussion by researchers and breakout sessions among attendees. The event was made possible through funding from the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute.
