Back-to-School Stressors
A new school year can bring stress for your child - and you. Below are some common school-related stressors. Ask your child how they're doing with these and any other issues, then listen and connect to resources.
  • Feeling safe at school
  • Getting enough sleep
  • Going the whole day without being hungry
  • Recognizing & reporting bullying
  • Figuring out what to do first
  • Making friends who set good examples
  • Finding a good fit with sports, arts, and other activities
