Introducing Call Center Manager Stephanie Mandel

We are excited to introduce our new Call Center Manager, Stephanie Mandel.

Stephanie is well-known in the community through her many years of work at BriarPatch Co-op, where she managed community giving programs, communications, and marketing. While at BriarPatch, Stephanie became acquainted with a wide variety of community organizations that the grocery store supported through its donation programs.
"Stephanie is really tuned in to this community and its needs. She has great relationships with local non-profits and really understands how they all fit together," said Executive Director Ann Guerra. "We're thrilled to have her on our team."
Stephanie's experience as part of a dynamic, growing organization is a great fit for a growing, evolving 211. "Stephanie brings with her years of management experience and a genuine desire to positively impact the community. She's committed to helping people in our community connect to services," said Program Manager Tim Giuliani.
Stephanie is eager to meet and work with 211's many community partners. "I'm delighted have joined the team here. It's an honor to be part of the network of organizations working to support the people of Nevada County."
