"Inventing America" (episode 3)

The Founding Fathers will return to the big screen a for a final time as they discuss the Bill of Rights during a free premiere showing of the concluding episode in the three-part "Inventing America" series.

The public is invited. Although admission is free, tickets are required.

The episode, "Liberty for All: The Untold Story of the Bill of Rights," features a "live" interview and question-and-answer session with four of the nation's Founding Fathers: Alexander Hamilton, Patrick Henry, Thomas Jefferson and James Madison.

Audience discussion including a three-member panel will follow the screening. 
Pops at the Pier

The annual Pops at the Pier returns with special guests, The Moxie Strings! The Moxie Strings is a folk-classical crossover group who write the majority of their pieces and arrange melodies from many traditions, resulting in a genre-blurring blend of ear-catching melodies and foot-stomping, rock-influenced rhythms.

A food truck from Pig  Out on the Fly BBQ will be at the concert with perfect summer food selections available for sale starting at 6:00 p.m. with music by the Jim Cooper Jazz Trio.
 
American Legion Band
June 26, 7:30 p.m. (and every Tuesday)
Kollen Park

The American Legion Band begins its popular free summer concerts every Tuesday in the summer.

All the concerts occur at 7:30 p.m. in Kollen Park from June 12-July 31. Their August. 7 concert is in Centennial Park, with their final summer concert back in Kollen park on August. 14.
