You can be a part of something very special  The Osceola Chamber and Main Street in collaboration with the Village is calling for residents, families and businesses to help support a new look for downtown Osceola called “Luminate Downtown". Our winters can be long and the  “Luminate Downtown"  project will transform downtown and  winter’s dark nights into a magical wonderland with twinkly lights on the trees along Main Street and other areas of downtown. The lights will bring holiday cheer and draw shoppers and patrons to downtown in the evenings throughout the entire year.
