Wicked Science is where kids (grades 1-5) ‘do the science’. Fun activities provide your child with a better understanding of how science is part of our lives. These investigations into really cool science concepts help develop skills needed in school and life! You’ll see how exercise is good for your brain and find out how to shine pennies in seconds. You will be able to access this class online whenever and as many times as you want. The video link and material list of easy-to-find supplies will be emailed to you each Monday.

Kids, 6-10 years, learn to read music and play tunes! Using specialized, proprietary Music Start keyboards, students learn to play familiar tunes in a group setting by color, letter, and note matching while using problem-solving strategies - without sacrificing any important musical knowledge.
Guitar Stars (In-person) 2/17-3/31 Wednesdays 6-7 pm $154/192 REGISTER
Kids, 6-14 years, learn the fundamentals of guitar while playing games, making music and having fun! We'll cover the basics, from how to hold the guitar and pick to proper hand finger positioning. Advanced or returning students will delve into sight reading and playing by ear! Students must bring their own guitar.

Do you think you can build the strongest and most agile robot? Can your robot win a head-to-head combat mission? Kids, 7-12 years, learn engineering strategies for building sturdy structures using unique RoboThink bricks, then apply that knowledge to build multiple robots for friendly competitions. You'll have a blast as you play robot soccer, compete in robot relay races and other fun challenges in this super fun program! No prior experience required.
CheckMate Chess (In-person) 2/18-4/1 Thursdays 6-7 pm $114/142 REGISTER
Kids, 5-13 years, learn how to win at chess! Class will consist of fun interactive teaching periods and guided practice time. Both new and returning participants are welcome and will get to the next level under the guidance of an experienced Chess Scholars coach. Children will have an opportunity to test for a Chess Belt® under a unique Chess Scholars system patterned after martial arts belts. There will also be a chess competition with prizes!
