Planning = Freedom*
To have a schedule and a plan can make you feel not only calmer and happier, but also more peaceful and in control. Planning can increase "our freedom in specific ways," something which becomes clear as we remember the following ideas:

  • You set the plan
  • You can change the plan
  • You choose how to achieve the plan
  • Planning makes reaching our goals more likely
  • Planning frees you from constant decisions
  • With a plan, you are free to handle unexpected change
Tips For New College Students**

  • Use your resources
