Temple Emanu-El presents a beautiful introduction to the High Holidays. The evening begins with a film and discussion followed by a special oneg. The evening concludes with the Selichot Service: a time for reflection that will help prepare you spiritually for the upcoming holidays. Israeli Dancing

Put on your dancin' shoes and come to our free Israeil dance class taught by our very own Loui Tucker. No dance experience necessary and we welcome everyone from the community to join in the fun.

Baby Shabbat

Baby Shabbat is back from summer break!  Temple Emanu-El presents a Shabbat experience geared towards families with children ages 1-30 months. Little ones will enjoy a service full of Shabbat songs, Torah talk, and parachute play!  Kiddush, motzi, and a bagel oneg sponsored by Temple Emanu-El Sisterhood follows this fun-filled program.  What a great opportunity for parents of young children to meet and form groups- perhaps even life long friendships- with their peers.  Everyone is welcome!

Following our morning Rosh Hashanah congregational service, we will be join Rabbi Magat and Cantor Edmondson for the traditional casting away of our sins at Oak Meadow Park, Areas 1 and 2. 

Erev Sukkot Experience

Bring your own dinner and decorate the sukkah with your Temple Family followed by a special Sukkot festival experience. Open to non-members and members.
