PLACEMENT EXAM: DECEMBER 19 @3:30PM
Mandatory to all apprentices, this examination is also open to all students for free. This is an assessment examination for leveling purposes (seven (7) levels: Beginners to Professional). It helps guide the student to sign-up for the classes that are appropriate for his/her level which ultimately provides maximum benefit to the student. Please email us your interest in taking this examination.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE EXAM?
  • Review your notebook/ record that contains all your lessons.
  • Review all the basic moves (see Whiteboard with list of basics)
  • Review fundamental originating moves (locks, straddle hooks, hip keys and inverted crochet leg wraps)
  • Discuss with any of our coaches about skills that you are having difficulty with
  • Pay attention to the proper grip, hand positions and form
  • Come to apprentice session to practice the execution and form
  • Wear proper attire so as not to distract you. No loose tops or exposed skin on the waistline, no shorts, no jewelry, and tie your hair, if long

Registration Maintenance Fee: Our yearly $5.00 maintenance fee is due January 2021. This fee is to help the school keep up with the accounts with Mindbody application. The MB platform has played a major role that benefits the student's management of their own account. If you have been a student for more than a year, you will be required to pay this fee. Click MB Maintenance Fee to settle this yearly fee.
