NVCT Closely Following New Developments of Arlington's Febrey-Lothrop House

NVCT is very aware of and concerned about the latest news regarding the Febrey-Lothrop-Rouse property in the Dominion Hills neighborhood of Arlington. Over the last two decades we have regularly contacted the landowners in the hope of working together to protect the property for all time, but without success.

We are currently engaged with civic leaders, Arlington Parks and Recreation, and the Arlington board to assess opportunities before us to save this unique property in one of the most densely populated areas of Northern Virginia before it’s too late.
