July 31st, 2018
August is just around the corner, and I am putting my weekly classes at the studio on pause for the month. They will start back up right after Labor Day on September 6th. If you are currently attending my classes, please take the time to confirm your spot/s before Labor Day. There are currently very few available spots and it helps me when I am approached by new students to know what you are planning to do in September. So please confirm if you are continuing where you are or if you need to change or add a class. I appreciate your help.

If you are interested in the second immersion I am offering at the end of August (see info below) register sooner then later. The first one on August 12 filled in just  a few days. I love sharing these 3-hour immersions. It's such a different experience compared to a regular class. To have time for breathing, postures, deep relaxation and seated meditation, it's like nothing else. I hope to see you there!

The Lotus Flower

The Lotus is one of the most beautiful flowers in the world. It has its roots in the mud, at the bottom of streams and ponds, but rises to bloom above the water without becoming wet or tainted by the mire below. It symbolically represents being fully grounded in earth, yet aspiring towards the divine. For thousands of years the Lotus has symbolized spiritual growth and self realization.
