This Forbes article suggests keeping a gratitude journal, a place where you periodically write down what you are thankful for at work. We are all too often bogged down by the day-to-day hassles that there is no room to focus on all of the things that do go right. Try re-directing your attention to the positive - you'll see it can go a long way to improving your outlook toward work!
What we're watching:
In this inspirational TED talk, former professional baseball player Mike Robbins discusses the important distinction between simply recognizing good performance and truly appreciating a colleague as a person. Building a culture of appreciation strengthens relationships, helps people feel valued and, as a result, increases productivity. It's a 'win' for everyone involved.
What we're inspired by:

"I don't have to chase extraordinary moments to find happiness - it's right in front of me if I'm paying attention and practicing gratitude."
