Important Dates and Information

This week is make-up week for grades 9 - 11. Students should use this time to make up any work. Teachers will put their final grades in on Tues., May 26. Students are also being encouraged to reach out to their teachers if they are struggling, and to use ELOS time.

Because of the ongoing threat of the spread of COVID-19, the district will be moving forward with running all summer school programs through an online format. Please go to the District's web page for summer school information (

Microsoft Teams
Your child's teachers are using Microsoft Teams for daily instruction. We have put together some information to help you better understand the expectations for your child. Teams Information
If you would like more information about eLearning procedures and resources, please go to the district's website and check the eLearning page under "Students and Families" (HERE), or check the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on the West page under "Students" (HERE).
Students should access assignments by the start of their first class daily. Teachers will be available for instructional support during the hours from 8:00 a.m.- 3:15 p.m. and students are encouraged to complete work according to their regular class schedule. All assignments will be graded. Please note that teachers will be flexible and work with students with the goal of ensuring that the work is completed and that we ensure continuity of education.
Technology Support
Beginning Tuesday, March 31, 2020, remote technology support will be available to teachers, students, and staff during the hours of 7:45am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday.

We Love Our Teachers!
Mrs. Kenwood's 7th period Probability and Statistics class didn't let the coronavirus stop them from still having a pizza party, albeit on Teams. After student's filled out a form with their favorite pizza joint and toppings, a popping hot fresh pizza was delivered to their doorstop on Wednesday evening (May 13), just in time for the Teams pizza party call! Yummy
