So, now the plan is to sell this sweet spot and move to Phase 2. The lots began selling like a domino effect and we didn't want to miss out. Our new lot is a bit bigger and somewhat closer to the water and by starting again, we can make room for all our winter stuff. We don't see a lot of risk in owning the second lot, because it is likely more and more people will want to make memories here too.
I love how close this place is to Saskatoon and what a quick drive it is, and to be even closer to a couple different centres and have a restaurant right nearby. Water is a very important detail that often gets overlooked and can easily become a costly endeavor if you have to supply your own as some other areas are doing. As well the other amenities that are being developed and planned, like beaches, marina, parks/playgrounds and the possibility of a commercial outlet for supplies and services will just make this resort that much better and the most desirable.
