Aging Well in Community
You are invited to join our group who continue to talk about 1) how we can improve our odds of having a good quality life as we age, and 2) how to support parents and loved ones in aging well.  Our next meeting will be on Sunday afternoon, June 3rd from 1:00-3:00pm in the home of a temple member. If you'd like to come, please contact Paula Solomon via email at pksolomon@aol.com to get further details.  At our next meeting we hope to move forward on our three initial ideas:
1. Share resources from our experience (on-line articles, books, and materials)
2. Get more information on important topics by sponsoring invited speakers to address our entire community
3. Begin small discussion groups for members to talk about changes at this stage of life and to foster each member clarifying their own best road to aging well.

Shir Tzedek/Social Justice Meetings
NEW DATE: Tuesday, June 12 from 7-8:30pm in the sanctuary
A short 90 minutes of your time will help Shir Tzedek determine what social justice issues our community cares about for our own future planning and to share with GBIO. Share your story - hear the stories of others. Even if you have not been active, we want to hear from you. To make this event successful, we are looking for 40 participants to create small group-facilitated discussions in "house meeting" format. PLEASE RSVP to shirtzedek@shir-tikvah.org to sign up. See flyer for details.
