Summer Camps & Workshops
Parents & Caregivers,

We are changing the term "camp" to workshop. There is no difference between a camp and a workshop unless you are a teenager. We were made aware that teens no longer wanted to go to camp...so we changed the name for our 12-18 year olds to summer "workshop!"

summer camps for munchkins!
BOOTCAMP FOR AGES 5-7
We've added a new summer camp for kids 5-7 years old, called Bootcamp for Munchkins. IF YOU HAVE PICKY EATERS, CONSIDER THIS CAMP. Trying new things to eat with peers tends to encourage even the pickest of eater to to take at least one bite. And when kids are involved in making an item, they see what is going into their food. They're all highly suspect of us adults. So we encourage them to do it themselves--every dish.

Camp will be held for consecutive days from Tuesday to Thursday, 10:30-12:30.

Summer Camp FAQ

Q. Thank you so much for your response.  I want to make sure I'm gathering information from your site accurately. For one child to join Summer camp with the extension the cost would be $575. Is that correct?

A. Yes this is correct. It might seem like a lot but allow me to explain. The afternoon camp is $200 per week, which is roughly $10 per hour, which includes all food and instruction, which is cheaper than most babysitters.

Our instructors are not kids home from college or high school, they are professional chefs with years of experience teaching and working with children. Also we use the best ingredients from a highly rated food distributor. Our commercial kitchen is health department regulated, all cooking is done under a high powered hood with a sprinkler system, and we use induction burners and not flames to keep from burning themselves.

Your children are in good hands. Thank you for reaching out.

Q. I have two boys that may be interested in the Spring Break camp with extension. The younger one turns 8 years old 6 weeks later. I'm guessing he is not eligible for the camp, but just wanted to make sure. Thanks for offering such a great option!

A. We use these age groups as a guideline. If we observe he cannot handle the 7-inch chef's knife, we will give him a smaller one.
