Staying Safe at Grace
We are asking everyone who is at Grace for any reason to use available sanitizing products to clean up after themselves. It would help a lot to get donations of paper towels, Lysol or Clorox spray, Lysol or Clorox wipes, large hand sanitizer bottles and tissues. You may drop these off whenever the office is open. As you may have discovered, it is hard to order these online or in bulk, but then are often available in stores. Thanks so much for your help!
PRAYER LIST

Remember to check with the person you are praying for, since our prayer names will (eventually) be in bulletin and our services will be online for a few weeks.

and then you need to renew.

In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, here’s a lovely two-minute immersion in amazing archival footage from the 1963 March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom. No doubt Dr. King would want us to remember and celebrate all the people who made the march possible - inspiring us 57 years later to keep working, marching, and fighting for jobs, freedom, equal rights, liberation, inclusivity, and a world where Black lives truly matter.
Saltproject.org wanted to make this labor of love available for congregations and individuals everywhere, so download and share it far and wide: in worship, on social media, on your website, with your family and friends. Let freedom ring!
People of Color Who Inspire:
Martin Luther
King, Jr.

This is a new addition to the the Stories from the Communion of Saints. A hero who is not an official saint of the church, but a Christian person who inspires us all to strive for justice, and respect the dignity of every human being.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO GIVE
We greatly appreciate you continuing your financial support to Grace.

If you have continued to send in your pledge, THANK YOU!

The staff and volunteers are working hard behind the scenes at home finding ways to keep in contact, to stay connected and to keep things running as smoothly as possible. Thanks to those who have made extra donations to support our outreach to needy families.

Possible ways to continue your support:
* mail a check to the church
* donate online

REMEMBER: Another way to support Grace is by making your purchases through smile.amazon.com. Just go here and shop!:

And yet another way is by linking your Kroger card to Grace Port Huron. You go online to sign up and a percentage of you purchase goes to support Grace.

SUNDAY SCHOOL
WITH MRS. LARSON
Hello Friends!

Check out this week's
Virtual Sunday School Classroom!
Along with the lectionary material for this week,
I have added a few things about
Martin Luther King, Jr. too!
Clicking the image above will take you to this new Sunday School format. A desktop/laptop computer is needed (a phone will not work). Once there, you will find links to all of the readings & activities for this week's lesson. I hope you enjoy learning with it! I am constantly learning new things, so please be patient with my learning curve.

We will be continuing to use the curriculum Living the Good News as our main resource, but I will also include other resources I find that I think you will enjoy.

If you are in need of supplies to participate, please let me know, but I think you will find that most items needed you will already have at home.

Blessings,
Mrs. Larson
Please share with Mrs. Larson what you are up to at home!

We'd love to see your smiling faces!
And maybe you'll see yourself on Grace's Facebook page!
