The NAPSA Workshop was held in Gainesville, FL last month. Primate and sanctuary experts networked and learned from each other as we explored topics from the practical to the theoretical, focusing on collaboration to encourage monkey retirement from research laboratories to sanctuaries.
The packed schedule included a drink reception, recognition dinner, two days of presentations and networking, and tours of Jungle Friends Primate Sanctuary and Center for Great Apes.
As the photographer, I had a great time meeting and photographing these amazing people that all share the same passion - monkey retirement - mission possible!
