The Construction Quality Management (CQM) course for contractors is offered by the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers to familiarize contractor personnel with CQM concepts and procedures. The requirement is for the CQC System manager or the principal member of the CQC staff personnel of the contractor on U. S. Army Corps of Engineers projects to successfully pass the course.
