I hope this brief message finds you doing well and enjoying the fresh, crisp air we’ve had lately.

President's Report
A Message from our President & CEO, Allie Williams

As I begin my second month at the helm, the ebbs and flows are leveling off a bit. A rouge wave here and there, but for the most part – smooth sailing. Alright, enough of the metaphors.

I love this job and the opportunities to assist our members and prospective members on a day-to-day basis are so fulfilling. Last week the Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation announced Phase 2 of the Restaurant Relief Grant Program.
COVID-19 Vaccine and HR Issues
The COVID-19 vaccine raises many questions for employers. Should you mandate it? Should you recommend it? What policies do you need? This program presented by Lerch, Early & Brewer, Chtd. will address these questions and more to help employers plan for the day when the vaccine is readily available.

The program will also include an update from Dr. Matthew Mintz on the current vaccine situation.

There will be time for Q&A at the end of the program.
