My family keeps a glass growler in our pantry where we deposit our loose change to save for vacations. Due to the convenience of debit cards, each year, it seems to take longer and longer to fill our jar. When TBACU introduced the Debit Card Round Up program, I was so excited! It’s the perfect solution: a virtual change jar!

Here’s how it works: My husband and I both have our debit cards enrolled. Each transaction we make is rounded up to the nearest dollar, and that change is transferred into a savings account (in our case, a Vacation Club account). For example, if we have five transactions for $1.30, $22.45, $4.25, $39.75 and $ .79, at the end of the day $2.46 is automatically deposited into our savings account. It’s such an easy way to save! Don’t wait, enroll today!
Enroll in e-Statements between January 1 – February 28, 2021 for a chance to win a Weber Grill!*
