Lots of excitement and joy this Sunday, as our new lead pastor, Josh Harder, and his family join us! They have officially moved and are as excited as we are for this new chapter. We'll bless them this Sunday as well as Michael and Donna as all transition to new positions. You can greet Josh and Dania after both services in the Cafe. All the elementary children and youth will join us in the big service until after the blessing.
And while you're in the Cafe this Sunday, would you take a moment to write a quick note to one of our 25 children going to camp? We've provided the note cards and mail box. This will bless them for sure!

Ministry Opportunity - caring for our little ones
Our nursery director, Veronica Moreno, has let us know that she is losing 4 of her regular volunteers because they are having babies! She is in need of immediate help. This is such an impactful place to serve! This is where our children get their first impressions of the body of Christ. This is where they form connections and learn about Jesus' great love for them. Please
email Veronica if you can help with this need for our little ones. Time commitments are flexible!

Thursday, July 19th
Our church is one of six in the area that supports the HIM Food Pantry both financially and with volunteers. Our time to provide folks to assist clients at the Pantry is the third Thursday of each month. Gather some of your compadres and serve together.
Listening Prayer for Sunday Services
9:30am and 11am in Norhill Room
Josh will facilitate this first session. We hope to have all ages represented - children, youth and adults - to pray and listen for what God has in mind for our ministry time at the end of service. Please join us!

ntegrated Approach to Healing
Saturday, August 18th, 9:30am-4pm in the Cafe
The goals of this class are to explain the work of the Kingdom of God, to train people to effectively to minister healing to the whole person, and to equip the Ministry Team of the Vineyard Church of Houston. We will provide a Biblical approach to healing the whole person that includes basic definitions, discussion of the various categories of healing, and the presentation of a methodology for healing ministry. Class time will be spent in both instruction and practice. Lunch and childcare are provided with 5-day advance
registration.

This is the teens' weekly event where they experience community, learn about God, and pray for each other. Grades 6-12 enjoy pizza, hanging out, and bilingual worship followed by teaching and ministry time. Contact Kelli Barron for more info.
