Dr. Daniel Wubah Joins the Millersville Community

Millersville University officially welcomed the institution's 15th President,
Dr. Daniel Wubah, on July 1, 2018.  He came to Millersville from Washington and Lee University. While there, he served as Senior Advisor to the President, working closely with the president in all aspects of the university. Prior to his appointment as Senior Advisor, Dr. Wubah served as the university Provost.

He has more than 25 years of experience in higher education, beginning his academic career as an assistant professor just down the road at Towson State in Maryland.  Dr. Wubah's career also includes positions at James Madison University, Virginia Tech and the University of Florida.

All alumni are invited back to campus to learn more about Dr. Wubah's vision for Millersville during his State of the University Address on Friday, September 7, 4:00 p.m. at the Winter Center. More details will be available in the coming weeks. Later this fall the president will launch his  "Alumni & Friends Listening Tour," giving alumni the opportunity to meet Dr. Wubah to discuss the future of their alma mater.

Visit the Office of the President to learn more about President Wubah.

Together. Imagine the Possible.

Imagine the Possible Update

With the generous support from Alumni like you, the "Imagine the Possible" campaign has raised $14.6 million in it's first year! "Imagine the Possible" is  Millersville University's first fundraising campaign focused entirely on students.

With a goal of $32 million in private support by 2020, the campaign focuses on three priority areas: Scholarships, Student Learning Experiences and Marauder Athletics. As a result of the Imagine the Possible campaign, qualified students will have greater access to a quality college education and be further involved in a diverse set of experiences,  ultimately providing them the tools needed to become successful employees, community leaders and citizens.
