NAVY PIER HOTEL OFFICIAL GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY
ACRON, a global real estate investment firm; Maverick Hotels & Restaurants, a leading hotel management and development company; and Navy Pier ( Michelle Boone and Marilynn Gardner); broke ground on Navy Pier's first hotel. The highly anticipated property is scheduled to open spring 2020.

The Chicago Community Trust and its President and CEO  Dr. Helene Gayle  (pictured on the left) were  honored with the Ruth Rothstein Award For Excellence at  the Cook County Health Foundation's Fourth Annual Awards Gala, "Elevating Maternal and Children's Health" at the Chicago Hilton  on  Wednesday, June 27, 2018. The award was received for their outstanding commitment to providing access to quality health care for women and children throughout Cook County.

Northern Trust Corporation announced that Jana R. Schreuder, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, will be retiring from her current role, effective August 31, 2018, after 38 years of service to Northern Trust.
