Student Volunteer Applications 
Now Open!

Tapia 2018 is looking for volunteers. Student volunteers will attend our volunteer orientation and work multiple shifts totaling 8 hours over our 4 day conference. Volunteers help us deliver the best possible experience to our attendees by supporting registration, managing sessions, and assisting attendees.  

Student volunteers receive free registration and hotel for the conference and can participate in all our conference activities including all sessions, our career fair, our meals and our closing night banquet and dancing.

Interested in volunteering? Apply today. Applications will be accepted until August 10th.  Volunteers will be notified on August 17th. Volunteers will need to be able to provide their own travel to the conference.

Themed "Diversity: Roots of Innovation," the ACM Richard Tapia Celebration of Diversity in Computing Conference will be held September 19-22, 2018 in Orlando, Florida at the Hyatt Regency Orlando.  The Tapia Conference is the premier venue to bring together students, faculty, researchers and professionals from all backgrounds and ethnicities in computing to promote and celebrate diversity in computing.
