Whether you need volunteers to call
, or e-mail contacts to increase attendance at your upcoming tradeshow; to write copy for your newsletter, website, or membership materials; or even to check-in attendees at an event, this program can help YOU and saves YOUR ASSOCIATION time and money.
How to request help:
- Complete and return the form identifying project needs.
- Please give us as much lead time as you can so we can assemble your volunteers. (We'd like four weeks, but we'll try our best with shorter notice.)
- Provide an updated Excel list with contact info for call, or e-mail campaigns.
What you need to know:
- The Shared Volunteer Program does NOT count against your regional marketing hours.
- We cannot guarantee volunteers will be available.
