Dear Class of 2018 Parents,

Classes are done and the celebrations are upon us. The Senior All Night Party Committee has some last minute details and some special requests for volunteers, food and coolers for the SANP.

FOOD/DRINK DONATIONS

Please use the Senior All Night Party SIGN-UP GENIUS to sign-up for food and drink donations .  Drop off at the Reception Area by May 30th. Note that some food needs to be brought the night of the party, so be sure to check and verify sign-up times and locations.

VOLUNTEERS

Volunteers are still needed to chaperone on the bus to and from Joe Dumars Fieldhouse as well as for set up at Joe Dumars, security, and breakfast set up and clean up. Please see the volunteer slots on the SIGN-UP GENIUS.

LARGE COOLERS

We are in need of large coolers for the night of the party. PLEASE LABEL YOUR COOLER WITH YOUR NAME and drop it off at the Reception Area by May 30th or bring it to the Drama Doors (Door 8) the night of Baccalaureate Mass on May 29th. We will send it home with your daughter after the party. Please see the cooler info on  SIGN-UP GENIUS.
