At Lark, Southpaw Pizza and Slab Sandwiches + Pie we're reveling in spring and welcoming the sunshine. This season's ingredients are irresistible. Wood sorrel is being served  alongside Chinook salmon at Lark; Green chickpeas and tender greens are featured in salads at Southpaw; Slab's pie and sandwich specials change weekly to feature the best and brightest of the season's ingredients. With the start of warm weather we're getting into the most exciting time of year for local produce and it's our pleasure to create dishes that show off the bounty at all of our restaurants.

LARK
Lark celebrated another victory at Cochon555, with Chef de Cuisine Mitch Mayers at the helm. Cochon, a culinary competition that celebrates heritage breed pigs, is a highlight of spring for us and we were thrilled that Mitch was once again named 'Prince of Porc'. This month we're saying farewell to Mitch as he embarks on his next adventure, opening a restaurant of his own in Ballard. Thank you for all that you've given to Lark, Mitch. We can't wait to dine in your new place later this year!

Southpaw
Southpaw Pizza is a great place to spend a warm afternoon, when the massive front window is open and the boozy slushy machine is cranking. We've been happy to host a slew of team parties, everything from dodgeball teams to tennis enthusiasts. SLAB SANDWICHES + PIE
Slab Sandwiches + Pie is expanding its territory, in partnership with Caffe Vita. JM's Chocolate Chip Cookies, studded with gooey chocolate and sprinkled with flakes of sea salt, have a devoted following. Now these delectable desserts are available at Vita's Capitol Hill shops. A perfect pairing with with espresso, we think.
