We're happy to continue Bootcamp on Monday mornings in August.
Bootcamp with Cindy on Mondays at 10 am. The 60-minute class is a total body workout using weights, modifications given.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels from beginning to advanced.
- Barre above with Karrie continues on Tuesdays at 5:00 pm thru August. (September Barre schedule will change.) Barre fuses pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strength training. Classes include modifications for any fitness level, so you can feel successful while lengthening, strengthening and toning your body.
