- We're happy to continue Bootcamp on Monday mornings in August.  Bootcamp with Cindy on Mondays at 10 am. The 60-minute class is a total body workout using weights, modifications given.  This class is suitable for all fitness levels from beginning to advanced. 



- Barre above with Karrie continues on Tuesdays at 5:00 pm thru August. (September Barre schedule will change.) Barre fuses pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strength training. Classes include modifications for any fitness level, so you can feel successful while lengthening, strengthening and toning your body.

Join the Largest Zumba Party in Michigan!


On Saturday September 1st, the Priority Health Zumbathon® Charity Event will transform the Michigan Lottery Stage at the Arts, Beats & Eats Festival into a red-hot, exhilarating dance fitness explosion from 10 a.m. til 11:30 a.m. Last year over 1500 people participated in this SOLD OUT Zumbathon® at the festival. In conjunction with Vibe Fit Studio of Allen Park, MI, the class will feature 20 Zumba instructor teams from across Michigan and Ohio. 

Tickets are $8 and proceeds will benefit Paws With A Cause®. Paws With A Cause® enhances the independence and quality of life for people with disabilities nationally through custom-trained Assistance Dogs. PAWS® increases awareness of the rights and roles of Assistance Dog Teams through education and advocacy. For more information visit  www.pawswithacause.org.

Vibe Fit Studio is located at 9101 Allen Road, Allen Park. 

Parking is available on both sides of the building and on the side streets if needed. Please do not park at the gas station or Rebecca's hair salon.
