What Brings People to the Wharf?
Over four days at the end of August, we talked to almost 250 people at the Wharf. The first thing we asked was "what brought you to the Wharf today?" Here's what we heard:
- 28% of people were there to attend an event
- 27% went to eat or shop
- 18% were walking
- 14% went on a cruise or visited the Discovery Centre
- 9% live or were staying at the Wharf
- 3% accessed services
