by Bonnie Finnerty, Education Director
Pregnant with her first child in 1973 when Roe v. Wade was handed down, Connie Fenice hoped that legalized abortion in this country would be short-lived. Like so many others, she was dismayed to instead see a culture of death take hold. In 1994, as a new teacher at St. Margaret Mary Catholic School in the Diocese of Harrisburg, she decided to do something that has had a long-lasting impact. She started a student-led pro-life club, an organization that is now entering its 26th year and has yielded great fruit for the pro-life movement.

Love Unleashes Life: Abortion and the Art of Communicating the Truth
by Stephanie Gray. Hailed as a fresh approach to pro-life apologetics, the book is meant to help readers effectively change minds and hearts on the topic of abortion. Sample dialogues and proven strategies equip the reader to communicate with confidence. We are encouraging church groups, school pro-life clubs, local chapters, and every pro-lifer to read and discuss this book in their local communities. As we did with
Gosnell
, we will offer an online book chat in early December. Stay tuned!

The Concerned Citizens for Human Life Bedford

Gosnell : The Trial of America’s Biggest Serial Killer
at the Pitt Theater in Bedford on
November 2, 2019
at
