Summer is just around the corner! This school year absolutely flew by and we are so happy to see the strides that all of our members have made this year.
We would like to take this moment to give a hearty congratulations to all of our members for the hard work they have put in over their academic year,
participating
in our Power-Hour program, helping others, volunteering, and creating a supportive fun place to become.... We would like to extend a tremendous thank you to everyone that has helped and supported our Club.
This June marks a year since we opened our doors to the youth in our county!!
And without the generosity of community support we could not have had such a great year. Whether you are a parent, volunteer, staff member, board member, donor, community partner, or just a community supporter, We Thank You!!
Summer Camp registration is still OPEN, with just one week left of school. Please see below the Summer schedule and how to register for the summer before we fill up!!

Reminder: We will be opened Thursday, June 7, for the minimum day from 12:30 to 5:30pm (closing an hour early) and we will be closed Friday, June 8, the last day of the school year, to prepare for our summer program. Registration for summer is still open! Click on one of the flyers below to register.

Club staff and members got to teach visitors how to make nutritious and delicious snacks at the
Mt. Shasta Bioregional Ecology Center's Earth Day Festival in the Mt. Shasta City Park on April 22. We partnered up with School CAFE, the committee working to bring a fully functioning kitchen to the Mt. Shasta Union School District.

We joined the
Family and Community Resource Center of Weed
at the Kids Festival at Bel Air Park in Weed, CA, on April 28 and painted faces and taught kids how to make slime. A good time was had by all despite the colder weather.

On May 19 Boys & Girls Club of the Siskiyous had a booth at the first annual Siskiyou Science Festival in Downtown Mt. Shasta, organized by the
Mt. Shasta Sisson Museum
. Kids from the Club built a sand pendulum and a paint pendulum so visitors could see "harmonic motion".

On May 26, in a celebration at Parker Plaza, we were honored by the
to be given the 2018 Non-Profit of the Year award. Thank you to the Chamber and those who voted for us!

OPEN for members to join the Club!
If your child is now in 1st grade going into 2nd grade they are eligible to register for our Summer Camp.
Grades 2nd - 8th grade.
Simply download and print the form below to register a member. Registration forms must be completed in full. If your child is already a member at our Club just fill out the first page.
You can submit the application in a variety of ways:
