| Unified Gift & Community Connection Gift Being the Beloved Community By tradition, these gifts are the ECW's way of speaking to our social justice themes, giving back to the host city/diocese of General Convention, and educating delegates about ministries that can be replicated, in whole or in part, in their own communities. Members of the National Board of Episcopal Church Women have personally visited Community First! Village, a ministry of Mobile Loaves and Fishes in Austin, Texas and the Trinity Center Shower Ministry, housed at St. David's Episcopal Church in downtown Austin. On Friday, July 6th, representatives of these organizations will be at our plenary session to share their powerful stories.
Challenge On! This Triennial Meeting's Share Fair will be devoted to assembling "Summer Survival Kits" for the homeless citizens of Austin served by the Shower Ministry.
