Good afternoon Tortosa!

Beginning today, the first phase of Tortosa amenity reopening will occur.

Please remember that everyone has a different comfort level in regards to the timeline of reopening the state, Tortosa is no exception. We're continuing to encourage residents to follow physical distancing recommendations and health and safety guidelines when out in the community, and common areas. As with all things in this uncertain time, any amenities you use or areas you visit, are at your own risk. Please be kind and considerate to all neighbors during this challenging time.

Open for use:
• Sports Courts
• Playgrounds
• Ramada's

Once again, we thank you for your patience. Adherence to these guidelines is imperative to the successful reopening of our common areas and we thank you for your cooperation.
Re-Opening Plan Phase 1
As of June 1, 2020 the Tortosa Management Office will re-open by appointment only. Office hours will resume to normal business hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, keeping our Homeowners and residents health and safety as a top priority. Minimizing the number of persons in the office at one given time will allow the health as safety guidelines to be adhered to. Continue to utilize the drop box for your payments and Design Submittals. The drop box is checked daily. As we work through this first phase of re-opening, remember to be mindful, patient and considerate of all of our homeowners and residents. We want everyone healthy and safe. A full Phase I re-opening plan is available.  Click here for additional detailed information.
If you have concerns or questions, please continue to call (520-423-9706) or email the Tortosa Team. We remain to be here for you!

Community Reminders

  • Remember, RV's, campers and trailers are not allowed parking in the community. You are able to bring your camper in to load and go. All RV's, campers and trailers will be in violation and receive a violation notice.

  • Add to our Rock Walk! We've had lots of new additions and still have rocks available. Rocks are available at the pump house. Stop by, pick one up, add your artistic flare and place "your" inspiration along the lake pathway!
  • Have you been busy this quarantine with a new project? We would love to see what you have been up to. If its gardening, home improvements, patio revamping, send us a picture and we will share them in the next newsletter.

Security Cameras

What a wonderful addition to your home! Safety monitoring.
We have seen a tremendous increase in security cameras being added to the homes in Tortosa. Because any architectural change to the property is required to be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Committee and the BOD, if you have added a security camera to your property please fill out the Design Submittal Application and return it to the Management Office. This will be kept on record for your property. Should you have questions, please contact the Management Office.
Congratulations to our Graduates!
We want to wish all our Tortosa graduates a very big CONGRATULATIONS! We wish you the best on your future endeavors. You did it!

We have an album on our Facbook page where you can view all photos submitted of graduates and leave them a note of encouragement and congratulations.

If you would still like to share your graduate, email a photo along with graduates name and school they attended to cgarcia@ccmcnet.com and we will add them to the album.

Lets celebrate Tortosa!
