Shades for Migraine is a podcast series that explores the mysteries of migraine from many perspectives: sufferers, caregivers, health professionals and researchers.
Shirley Kessel is the executive director of Miles for Migraine and the mother of two daughters living with migraine.

Shirley was propelled into action because of her family's struggles with migraine disease. Some of the topics we touch on are her work with Miles for Migraine and Headache on the Hill, her daughters' struggles with migraine throughout their high school and college careers, and her best advice on how people with migraine can become active participants in migraine advocacy.
