A)
Owners with symptoms or exposure to the virus will be asked not to check in.
B)
Owners sign a health certification with proper language stating they have not been exposed.
C)
Owners will use the entire suite only.
D)
Limit the number of owners in the spa/pool area.
E)
Limit the number of people in the lobbies.
F)
Public areas will be sanitized every 2 hours.
G)
Sanitizers will be in each elevator.
H)
Elevator usage will be restricted to one family at a time.
I)
Extra linens, blankets, directories, pens, paper, phone books, etc. will be removed from the unit. If extra blankets are needed then we will deliver and leave in hall. Owners may also request these items prior to arrival.
J)
After a unit has been cleaned and sanitized there will be a seal placed on the entry door. Only owners may enter the units during their occupancy. Maintenance only if emergency.
K)
Upon check out and after 72 hours of rest, every unit will be deep cleaned like our semiannual general cleanings.
L)
To-Go food only from the restaurant. Special menus are being developed and food can be placed in the refrigerator upon an owner's arrival.
M)
Prior to arrival all owners will pre-register. Owner's account must be current. All charges to be charged to the owner's account.

Owners will check out by calling the front desk.
O)
No guest of owner reservations will be allowed, owners only.
P)
Owners sometime will not occupy their own unit but will be in their A, B, C, D ownership week.
Q)
In order to allow the unit to rest for 72 hours after check out, all owners may stay up to 4 nights. Arrivals Friday and check out no later than Tuesday.
R)
Luggage carts will be secured and sanitized. They will be issued and requested to be returned.
S)
Game room occupancy will be restricted by the State of NH guidelines. All children must be accompanied by an adult. One door entrance, one door exit.
T)
Per State of NH Guidelines, maximum occupancy of 50% of all units can be occupied at one time and in specific parts of the building.
U)
Owners will be provided instructions to start dishwasher, shut all doors and windows, and remove trash upon departure.
V)
At the Spa and Wellness Center (if allowed to open) show owner's card to check in. This will help manage the number of people in the facility. Locker rooms will be for changing and showering only.
