Sexual Harrassment Training
for Restaurant Managers

Two sessions: 10-11am & 2-3pm
Through this presentation employers will be able to
identify abusive workplace behaviors that facilitate gender-based violence and inequity, and limit the potential of employees and business to succeed. Assistants will be able to
recognize common examples of sexual harassment that impact the restaurant industry in particular. Employers and managers will be better able to
apply bystander intervention best practices to support their staff in a
manner that prioritizes their safety, agency and privacy.
To accommodate as many restaurants as possible, this training will be offered at both
10am and 2pm on Wed., May 2, 2018.
