Occasionally when I announce the huge number of chastity commitments made through UCE programs, someone asks, "Do you have any proof that these commitments are kept?" UCE has never been funded well enough to do a "study" on this. But our Lord is faithful, and He has provided the answer to the question!  For a few years UCE has been receiving requests to return to schools for a single reason: the school's pregnancy rate had dropped dramatically after UCE visited. As these requests began coming in, we realized that God was providing, without extra funding, the "proof" that the youth do keep their chastity commitments. In our latest Annual Report, you will find the chart below sent to us by UCE in Kasese, Uganda:

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT  
UCE has received wonderful news!

A benefactor has come forward, matching new donations or increases in donations(from 2017) up to $25K NOW through August 18, 2018.   
For example, if a person donated $100 last year, and desires to donate $250 this year to sponsor a full UCE outreach, the difference ($150) will be doubled. If a person did not donate at all in 2017, the entire amount of the new donation will be doubled.  This is a first-ever opportunity for UCE to have donations doubled!
